For standard execution works/procedures or pre-established timing, the deadline is 5 working days. More complex jobs/procedures will have to be properly matched with the laboratory. It will be possible to deliver jobs in shorter terms (if possible) for an urgency fee according to our price list.

1 year. When requesting a warranty application, this will have to be duly proven in accordance with the normal warranty application conditions.

The collection of works is done by courier service (within the Lisbon area, otherwise by post) after notification to the laboratory that the work is ready to be collected.

The repetition of works under the responsibility of the laboratory will have to be duly argued and proven with the person in charge of the laboratory to ensure that it falls under the general conditions of guarantee or repetition.
